Don’t be fooled by his build, Syahmi’s a National Olympic Weightlifter with a background in CrossFit and HIIT. His guiding philosophy in coaching is the belief in the importance of one’s fundamentals and technique. Syahmi will always be encouraging members to go at their own pace and listen to their own bodies. Outside of fitness, Syahmi likes to be holed up, binging on food vlogs and anime while doing a deadlift two times his body weight.
