STUDIO POLICIES

BOOKINGS: 
Class Schedules are released at 11:30am on a 7 day rolling basis. Booking windows close 30 minutes before the class start time. 

CANCELLATIONS / LATE CANCELLATIONS: 
All cancellations should be made 12 hours before your booking’s start time. Late cancellations will incur a late cancellation fee of $3 and credit forfeit.

NO-SHOW: 
Not showing up for your booking will result in the forfeiting of your class credit used to make the booking. In addition, no-shows may incur a no-show fee of $5.

LATE-COMING / WAITLIST: 
Members are strongly encouraged to arrive 15 minutes before the start time of their class. Late-comers will may be denied entry for their classes. Members on the waitlist will be entitled to take the class spots of other members who arrive late. 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Yes! Depending on your skill level and experience with the gym or group classes, we’d recommend for members to either start off with a FOUNDATION or STRENGTH class because of the smaller class size and a slower tempo.

If you’re a member who has zero experience in the gym, FOUNDATION, will give you a good knowledge base to experience some of the movements that will appear in all our classes. Foundation classes are smaller in class size, more technical and slower in tempo in order to give members a good chance to learn and understand the technique and rationale behind different types of movements. 

If you’re a member who has some experience in the gym or group classes, STRENGTH, will be a good place to start. It is a  traditional strength class that focuses on form and technique while progressively scaling your weights to give you a good strength workout. 

We provide a huge range of classes for members to experience a holistic and well-rounded approach to strength and conditioning. 

ANRCY STRENGTH: A traditional approach to strength classes. Build strength through a highly structured and progressive workout that places emphasis on compound lifts and a good balance of accessory work. 

ANRCY CONDITIONING: Three variations for three different objectives. Train your cardiovascular aerobic, anaerobic systems and strength endurance in a fast paced, heart pumping class.

ANRCY TONE: Our version of a hypertrophic workout with the objective of building muscle and getting you toned.

ANRCY PERFORM: A competitive program for the advanced athletes looking to train for fitness races/events or simply looking to build aerobic, anaerobic and muscular endurance through a hybrid strength and conditioning approach. This class also covers complex movements that includes olympic weightlifting and high level gymnastics.

ANRCY FOUNDATION: A well-rounded introduction to how we run classes here at Anarchy. If you have no experience with gyms or group classes, this one is for you. Master technique and form for strength classes and expose yourself to exercise movements that we feature on a regular in our other classes. This program also provides a platform for moderate to advanced level athletes to focus on skillwork to improve their movement efficiencies.

Yes! All our trainers have at least 3 years of experience in the fitness industry and have acquired either an ACE or NCSF certification for personal training. 

We provide sweat towels, bath towels, dedicated lockers and bath amenities for all members. All you’ll need to bring is your workout gear! 

We’re conveniently located in the heart of the CBD, 5-10 minutes walk away from Tanjong Pagar, Raffles Place, Shenton Way and Telok Ayer MRT. 
You can take either the carpark lift or the main lift to level 5 to get to our studio!
