Each program follows a 6 week cycle, including a benchmark and testing week that allows you to track your progress.

Great class! Fully equipped gym, there were 2 trainers during my session, both were very clear with instructions, ensured everyone got the opportunity to try out some of the moves before they started the sets. Both were very encouraging and corrected moves during the session. This is the kind of class I really enjoy, pushed to your limit and you’ll feel it in every muscle in your body! Might be my new favourite gym!

4 stations, circuit format. 9 mins per station, 1 min of rest in between station. warm up is trying out each machines and movements, which i felt was a little too long, however it’s good for beginners as instructors go around looking at form and giving pointers. workout itself is not easy as 1 min rest time between each set is quite short. personally felt that the class is too big and instructors can’t give enough attention to everyone. sitting/waiting area is so small so not enough space to sit if you reach studio early.
